School-Based Crisis Plan

NRS 388.245 dictates that notice must be given that the School-Based Crisis Plan Committee has completed the review of the School-Based Crisis Plan. The notice includes posting the notice form upon completion of review of the plan, as well as posting a copy of the NRS statute 388.229 – 388.261, inclusive.
